[cze][eng] Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřená na vliv stresu na výkonnost pracovníků. cílem je zjistit jaký stres a v jaké míře působí na pracovníky, jak to ovlivňuje jejich pracovní chování a tím výkonnost. Výzkumné šetření vycházelo ze sledování stresorů vybraných z publikací autorů uváděných v teoretické části a upravených podle situace v dané organizaci. Dílčími cíle je zjištění, jaký dopad mají stresory na psychickou pohodu jedince. Zkoumány jsou negativní i pozitivní vlivy stresorů. Na základě zjištěných výsledků a teoretických poznatků jsou navržena doporučení, která by mohla managementu organizace dopomoci k předcházení negativních vlivů nebo jejich naprosté eliminaci.This Bachelor's thesis is focused on the effects of stress on the productivity of employees. The goal is to find out what type of stress and how much influence it has on workers, how it effects their work behavior and their productivity. The basis for putting together the research were the stressor selected from publications from the authors featured in the theoretical part and adapted to the situation in the organization. Partial goals are to determine what impact the stressors have on mental well-being. Examined are both, the negative and positive effects of stressors. Proposed recommendations which could help the management of organization to prevent negative influences or their complete elimination are based on theoretical knowledge and discovered results.
