Disertační práce se zabývá analýzou vlivu organizační kultury na tvorbu hodnoty organizace. V rámci teoretické části byly zmapovány dosavadní poznatky o organizační kultuře a o jejím vlivu na výkonnost firem a byl rozšířen model organizační kultury E. Scheina o faktor zpoždění. Praktická část disertační práce se sestává z výzkumu provedeného na 59 společnostech působících v České republice v odvětví průmyslu, služeb a stavebnictví. Za tímto účelem byly použity následující dotazníky: profilový dotazník předpokladů efektivnosti DOCS, typologický dotazník pojetí úspěchu OCAI, typologický dotazník stavu organizační kultury (profilový dotazník orientace společnosti), dotazník charakteristik učící se organizace. Na základě provedených výzkumných šetření bylo zjištěno, že má-li firma silnou organizační kulturu, jejíž obsah je v souladu s obsahem organizační strategie, pak organizační kultura má na tvorbu hodnoty pozitivní vliv, a to zejména na rentabilitu vlastního kapitálu, u které byla s organizační kulturou zjištěna statisticky významná závislost. Základem prosperity každé organizace je přitom úzká vazba mezi strategií a výkonností organizace a proto lze konstatovat, že organizační kultura ovlivňuje tvorbu hodnoty skrze strategii společnosti. Dissertation analyzes the influence of organizational culture in company value. The theoretical part mapped existing knowledge about the organizational culture and its impact on company performance, and expanded model of organizational culture of E. Schein by delay factor. The practical part of the dissertation consists of research conducted on 59 companies operating in the Czech Republic in industry, services and construction. For this purpose, the following questionnaires were used: a profile questionnaire assumptions efficiency DOCS, typological questionnaire concept of success OCAI, typological questionnaire state organizational culture - profiled company orientation questionnaire, a questionnaire characteristics of a learning organization. Based on the research investigation it was found that if the company has a strong organizational culture, the content of which is consistent with the content of organizational strategy, the organizational culture has on value creation positive impact, especially on return on equity, among which was the organization culture found a statistically significant correlation. The basis of prosperity of any organization is yet close link between strategy and performance of an organization and can therefore be concluded that organizational culture affects value creation through corporate strategy.
