Diplomová práce si bere za cíl analyzovat a vyhodnotit strukturu trhu práce v jednotlivých cyklech hospodářského vývoje v České republice v období 2004-2014 a porovnat reciprocitu s německým trhem práce, který je českému nejbližší. Teoretická část se zabývá obecnou problematikou trhu práce, hospodářského cyklu a vývojem hospodářské krize. Práce potvrzuje stanovenou hypotézu, že nyní v roce 2014, čtyři roky po hospodářské krizi, která zasáhla českou ekonomiku v letech 2008-2010 se změnila struktura trhu práce v České republice oproti období před ní. Dále také částečně potvrzuje související hypotézu, že ukazatelé trhu práce se stále nedostali na úroveň, kterou měla ČR před krizí. Míra nezaměstnanosti se stále nedostala na předkrizovou úroveň, avšak zaměstnanost se oproti roku 2008 zlepšila. This diploma thesis aims to analyze and evaluate the structure of the labour market in different economic cycles in the Czech Republic during 2004-2014 and compare reciprocity with German labour market, which is closest to the Czech. The theoretical part deals with general issues in the labour market, the economic cycle and the development of the global economic crisis. The work confirms the hypothesis that nowadays in 2014, four years after the economic crisis that hit the Czech economy in 2008-2010, the structure of the labour market in the Czech Republic has changed compared to the years before crisis. It also partially confirms the minor hypothesis that labour market indicators still haven´t reached the level which Czech Republic had before the crisis. The unemployment rate is still not at pre-crisis levels, but employment improved compared to 2008
