Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem intrapodnikání, jeho přínosy a bariérami pro český management. V první části práce je připomenuta historie podnikatelského prostředí za posledních sto let, dále je definován pojem intrapodnikání, jeho srovnání ji dalšími formami podnikání. Jsou zde vyzdviženy důvody, proč bychom se měli chtít stát intrapodnikateli. Je zmíněna i podobnost s talent managementem a vliv svobody v práci, kterou je intrapodnikání do jisté míry definováno.V praktické části je definovaná typicky česká firemní kultura a jsou zde interpretovány výsledky výzkumu zaměřeného na přínosy a bariéry intrapodnikání pro český management, do kterého se zapojilo 10 podniků působících v ČR. V závěru práce je naznačeno několik kroků, kterými by se intrapodnikání dalo managementem podporovat. The main focus of this Bachelor's Thesis is on intrapreneurships and its benefits and barriers that it may bring to Czech management.The first part mentions the history development of the business environment which is followed by the definition of intrapreneuring and its comparison to other business forms. This paper points out the reasons why we should want to become intrapreneurs. The practical part of this project considers the similarity between the talent of management and the impact of the "freedom at work" that goes hand in hand with the intrapreneuring. Yet, it mainly contains a research that focuses on what benefits and barriers intrapreneurship brings to Czech management. In conclusion there are several suggestions made about how the intrapreneurship should be supported by management.
