Diplomová práce se zabývá flexibilitou trhu práce v České republice a Německé spolkové republice, konkrétně flexibilními formami zaměstnání. Cílem práce byla analýza a komparace právních úprav flexibilních forem zaměstnání v České republice a Německé spolkové republice. Prozkoumány byly také nové formy zaměstnání, které se objevily na německém trhu práce. Výzkum flexibilních forem zaměstnání z pohledu právní úpravy ukázal, že v právních úpravách v České republice a Německé spolkové republice není výrazný rozdíl, který by dokázal osvětlit velké rozdíly v míře využití flexibilních forem zaměstnávání na trhu práce v České a Německé spolkové republice. The thesis deals with the labour market flexibility in the Czech Republic and Germany, in particularly with flexible forms of employment. Analysis and comparison of the legislation of flexible forms of employment in the Czech Republic and Germany was the bottom line of the thesis. New types of flexible forms of employment which are used in Germany's labour market were discussed as well. The research of legislation has shown that there is not such a significant difference between Czech and German labour law, which would be able to rationalize the marked differences in usage of these forms in the Czech Republic and Germany.
