Cílem této bakalářské práce je nalézt důvody, proč by spotřební daně, jejichž celkový výnos plyne výlučně do státního rozpočtu, měly být zařazeny mezi sdílené daně. To znamená, že část z celkového výnosu těchto daní by plynula do rozpočtů obcí. The objective of this bachelor thesis is to find purposes why the excise taxes, of which total revenue flows solely to the state budget, should be included into shared taxes, i.e. a part of the total income from those taxes would be transferred into municipal budgets.
