Cílem práce je analýza spotřeby potravin obyvatel České republiky v kontextu zdravotního vývoje dětské populace spojeným s výživou. Teoretická část je zaměřena na problematiku výživy a její význam pro dětký organismus. Praktická část je rozdělena do dvou oddílů. První část se zabývá vývojem spotřeby potravin obyvatel České republiky. Druhá část se věnuje nejčastějším onemocněním dětské populace, která souvisejí s výživou. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyse the food consumption in the Czech Republic in the context of the development of children's state of health. The theoretical part deals with the nutrition in general and its importance for a children's organism. The practical part is divided into two sections. The first part analyses the food consumption in the Czech Republic. The second part is dedicated to the development of the most frequent diseases connecting with the nutrition.
