Cílem mé bakalářské práce je zanalyzovat provoz čytřhvězdičkového hotelu v Českých Budějovicích a zhodnotit jeho konkurenceschopnost ve městě. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V té první je představena potřebná teoretická znalost spolu s důležitými pojmy a v té druhé je charakterizována lokalita vybraného hotelu, jeho konkurenceschopnost a dílčí rozdělení. Na základě získaných informací v průběhu práce byla následně sestavena SWOT analýza, díky níž lze navrhnout nápady ke zlepšení slabých stránek a zamezení hrozeb. The aim of my bachelor's thesis is to operationally analyse a particular hotel in Ceske Budejovice and to analyse the competitiveness in that area. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. In the first part is introduced the needed theory with the important terms and in the second one is characterized the location of the hotel, its competitiveness and its division. Thanks to gained informations during the thesis is made the SWOT analysis, which can help to suggest some ideas for improvement of weaknesses and prevention of threats.
