Bakalářská práce se zabývá vlivem mTourismu na spotřební chování účastníků cestovního ruchu. První kapitola se zaměřuje na online trh cestovního ruchu a jeho současné trendy, druhá se věnuje teorii spotřebního chování a některým aspektům spotřebního chování v cestovním ruchu. Třetí kapitola je věnována mobilním technologiím, jejich rozvoji a uplatnění v cestovním ruchu. Náplní čtvrté kapitoly jsou nové trendy ve spotřebním chování účastníků cestovníhu ruchu, spojené s využitím mobilních technologií. Cílem práce je prozkoumat, jakým způsobem a do jaké míry se změnilo spotřební chování účastniků cestovního ruchu na všech etapách cesty a jak se mobilní technologie používají v současnosti pro účely spojené s účasti na cestovním ruchu. Součastí práce je SWOT analýza mTourismu a odvození předpokladů jeho dalšího rozvoje. The bachelor thesis is devoted to the impact of mTourism on the consumer behaviour of travellers. The first chapter focuses on the online travel market and its contemporary trends, the second one is aimed at the theory of consumer behaviour and some aspects of consumer behaviour in tourism. The third chapter is devoted to mobile technologies, their development and application in tourism. Subject of the fourth chapter are new trends in consumer behaviour of travelers connected with mobile technologies usage. The aim of the thesis is to study in which way and to what extent the consumer behaviour of travellers have changed at all the phases of travelling and how mobile technologies are used nowadays for purposes connected with travelling. SWOT analysis of mTourism and preconditions of its further development constitute the part of the thesis.
