Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá popisem současného dění na světovém trhu s uhlím, zejména na území Evropy a České Republiky. Práce shrnuje poznatky o mezinárodním pohybu jednotlivých průmyslových druhů uhlí, o jejich cenotvorbě na globální i regionální úrovni a jejich využití v přidružených průmyslových odvětvích. Práce popisuje dostupné objemy světových uhelných rezerv a na základě analýzy těchto i výše zmíněných dat predikuje budoucí vývoj tohoto odvětví. This thesis deals with the description of current events happening on the world coal market, especially in Europe and in the Czech Republic. The paper summarizes the findings of the international movement of particular industrial types of coal, their pricing on a global and regional level and their use in associated industries. The paper shows available volumes of global coal reserves and based on these and formerly mentioned data it predicts the future development in the coal industry.
