Hlavným cieľom tejto diplomovej práce je analýza súčasných noviniek a trendov na trhu leteckého cateringu. Práca sa tiež zameriava na najnovšie technológie vyvinuté pre stravovacie služby v leteckej doprave. Dôležitou časťou sú závery vlastného dotazníkového šetrenia, ktorý mal za úlohu zistiť, do akej miery je letecký catering dôležitý pre cestujúcich, a teda aj pre letecký priemysel ako taký. Hlavním cílem této diplomové práce je analýza současných novinek a trendů na trhu leteckého cateringu. Práce se také zaměřuje na nejnovější technologie vyvinuté pro stravovací služby v letecké dopravě. Důležitou součástí jsou závěry vlastního dotazníkového šetření, úlohou kterého bylo zjistit, do jaké míry je letecký catering důležitý pro cestující, a tedy i pro letecký průmysl jako taký. The main objective of this diploma thesis is to analyze current trends in the airline catering. This thesis also focuses on the latest technologies developed for catering services in aviation. Important are also the results of a survey of the author of this thesis. The main task of the survey was to determine the importance of the airline catering for passengers, and thus for the aviation industry as a whole.
