Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá zkoumáním vlivu emočního prožívání jedinců zastávajících manažerské posty v příslušných společnostech na jejich rozhodování. Hlavním smyslem této práce je zjištění, zda emoční charakteristika ovlivňuje rozhodování jedince v emočně zatěžujících situacích a jaký dopad může mít takové rozhodnutí na společnost. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na dvě části. První část je věnována obecným a teoretickým poznatkům o emocích, emočním prožívání, emočních projevech a vlivu emocí na kognitivní a psychické funkce jedince. Dále se věnuje zjištění problému, řešení a rozhodování. Podstatnou součástí této části jsou poznatky o vlivu emocí na rozhodování jedince. Druhá část bakalářské práce se věnuje zjišťování a zpracování dat z vybraných společností. Rozborem sesbíraných dat zjistíme emoční charakteristiky vybraných osob na manažerských postech, rozhodovací situace spojené s vyšší mírou emoční zátěže, jednání vybraných osob v emočně zatěžujících situacích a možné dopady jejich rozhodnutí na společnost. This bachelor thesis deals with an exploration of emotional experience influence on individuals' decision-making proces in particular companies where managerial posts are occupied by these individuals. The main purpose of this thesis is to find out whether the emotional characteristic affects some individual's decisions in emotionally burdensome situations and what impact these decisions could be on a company situation as a whole. The bachelor thesis is divided into two parts. The first part deals with a general and a theoretical knowledge about emotions, emotional experience, emotional expressions and influence of emotions on cognitive and psychological function of an individual. It also pays attention to finding and solving of the problem and decision-making processes. The substantial part of this section creates an analysis of emotion influence on individual decision-making processes. The second part of the bachelor thesis pays attention to detecting and processing the data of the selected companies. The analysis of the collected data finds out an emotional characteristics of selected persons occupying managerial posts. This part investigates a proces of decision associated with higher rate of an emotional burden, behaviour of selected persons in emotionally burdensome situations and a possible impact of these persons' decisions on a company situation as a whole.
