Cílem této práce je analyzovat a popsat proces návrhu webové služby a způsoby implementace principů User Experience jeho průběhu. V první části práce jsou definovány pojmy User Experience a webové služby. V druhé části je popsán samotný proces návrhu webové služby a metodiky pro aplikaci principů User Experience v tomto procesu. Praktická část práce představuje využití popsaných metod na reálných projektech firmy LMC, s.r.o. V práci se podařilo popsat optimální postup pro aplikaci principů User Experience při návrhu webové služby a popsat roli User Experience designéra v tomto procesu. Výsledky této práce umožňují pochopení této role při návrhu webových služeb a přínosu optimálních procesů pro vývoj služby. The aim of this paper is to analyse and describe the process of designing web services and means of implementations of User Experience principles in its course. The first part defines the terms of User Experience and Web services. The second part describes the actual process of designing web services and methodologies for applying the principles of User Experience in this process. Practical part introduces usage of these methods on real projects of the company LMC, s.r.o. The work was able to describe the optimal procedure for applying the principles of User Experience in the process of designing Web services and describe the role of User Experience designer in this process. The results of this work facilitate understanding their role in the design of Web services and the benefits of optimal processes for the development of the service.
