Tato bakalářská práce se soustředí především na reformy Mezinárodního měnového fondu týkající se rozložení členských kvót a rozhodování ve Výkonné radě. Představuje proměny mezinárodního měnového i finančního systému ve 20. a na začátku 21. století, seznamuje s historií Mezinárodního měnového fondu, poté se zabývá jeho reformami. V poslední kapitole popisuje činnost Mezinárodního měnového fondu v oblasti dohledu a poskytování finanční pomoci členským státům. This bachelor thesis focuses primarily on reforms of the International Monetary Fund regarding the distribution of member quotas and the decision making in the Executive Board. It introduces the changes of international monetary and financial system in the 20th century and at the beginning of the 21st century, familiarizes with the history of the International Monetary Fund, afterwards it deals with its reforms. In the last chapter, it describes the activities of the International Monetary Fund in the area of surveillance and provision of financial help to the member countries.
