Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na zjištění možných příčin neúspěchu malých podniků. Vymezuje konkrétní situace, které se mohou objevit při podnikání v oblasti pohostinství a poskytování sportovních služeb. Zpracovává názory zákazníků i zaměstnanců. Cílem práce je zhodnocení situace v konkrétním malém podniku, nalezení a konkretizace příčin neúspěchu této firmy a následné navrhnutí možných změn a řešení. This thesis focuses on finding the possible causes of failure of small businesses. It defines specific situations that may arise during the business of providing hospitality and sports services. It contains opinions of the customers and the employees. The aim of this thess is to assess the situation in a particular small business, to find and to specify the causes of the failure of the company and then to propose possible changes and solutions.
