Tato bakalářská práce si klade za cíl popsat v teoretické části historii a dynamiku vývoje světového a ruského trhu e-commerce. Zvláštní pozornost je věnována segmentu on-line prodeje potravin v Ruské federaci (Moskva, Pětrohrad). V praktické časti je zanalyzována činnost hypermarketu KUPISMENYA, lídru trhu v potravinářském segmentu na území Petrohradu. V této části je rovněž provedena analýza základních procesů pro systematizaci činnosti on-line obchodu s potravinami. This Bachelor's thesis aims to describe in theoretical part the history and dynamics of development of the global and Russian e-commerce market. Special attention is paid to a segment of online food sales in the Russian Federation (Moscow, St. Petersburg). The practical part analyzes the activity of a hypermarket KUPISMENYA, the market leader in the food segment on territory of St. Petersburg. This thesis also conducted analysis the basic processes for systematization of online grocery store.
