Práce analyzuje vývoj československého bankovního systému v podmínkách centrálně plánované ekonomiky v období 1968 -- 1989. Autor v první části práce charakterizuje pojem bankovní systém, po čemž se dostává ke stručnému popisu situace v bankovnictví po skončení druhé světové války. Na to již navazuje analýzou stanoveného období, které rozděluje do dvou významných etap. První se zabývá vznikem reformního myšlení, pokračuje přes Pražské jaro a končí nastolením normalizace, která uvedla bankovní systém téměř do původního stavu. Druhá etapa se zabývá koncem 80. let, kdy došlo k navázání na reformní myšlení z konce let 60., nicméně ke změně v postavení centrální banky dochází až počátkem 90. let. This thesis analyzes the development of the Czechoslovak banking system in terms of the centrally planned economy in the period 1968 - 1989. In the first part of thesis, the author, introduces the concept of banking system, after which he gets to the brief description of the situation in the banking sector after the Second World War. It is followed by an analysis of stated period which is divided into two major phases. The first one deals with the formation of reform thoughts and then continues through Pražské jaro and ends with establishment of normalization. The second phase is focused on late 80s, when there was a follow-up to reformist thinking of the late '60s, however, the position of the central bank hadn't changed until the early 90s.
