Bakalářská práce se zabývá centrálně plánovanou ekonomikou v Československu od první poloviny 50. let do počátku 60. let 20. století. Pozornost je věnována pokusům o hospodářské změny, konkrétně Rozsypalovým reformám v 50. letech 20. století. V první části se zabývá stručným uvedením do problematiky centrálního plánování, dále práce věnuje pozornost prvnímu a druhému pětiletému plánu, jejich neúspěchů a dopadů na československou ekonomiku a nakonec přechází k samotným příčinám, vývoji a důsledkům Rozsypalových reforem. Zvolené téma je řešeno pomocí metody deskripce. Hlavními cíli jsou nejen zanalyzovat a zhodnotit ekonomickou reformu, ale také si uvědomit první rozsáhlé snahy o změnu tehdejší ekonomické situace. Rozsypalovy reformy však nebyly úspěšné. Hlavní překážku těchto snah totiž tvořil samotný systém centrálního řízení ekonomiky. Bachelor thesis deals with centrally planned economy in Czechoslovakia since the early 1950s to the beginning of the 1960s. Attention is devoted to analysing issues connected with attempts to economic changes, specifically The Rozsypal's Reform in the 50s of the 20th century. The first part of this thesis gives a brief introduction to the issue of central planning. It also pays attention to the first and second five-year plan, their failures and the impact on the Czechoslovak economy. Finally goes to the very root causes, development and consequences of The Rozsypal's Reforms. The chosen topic is solved using the method description. The main objectives of this bachelor thesis are not only analyse and evaluate economic reforms, but also realize the first extensive efforts to change the economic situation. The Rozsypal's Reforms were not successful. The main obstacle to these efforts is the system of centrally planned economy itself.
