Diplomová práce se věnuje funkcionální analýze organizace. Nejprve je vysvětlena související teorie, ze které následně vychází samotná analýza organizace. Jsou taktéž objasněny skutečnosti související s teorií organizace a základní názvosloví. Hlavní teorií této práce je teorie AGIL, rozdělující organizaci na čtyři subsystémy. Na tomto dělení je založen praktický výzkum práce. Pro získání poznatků k analýze organizace bylo použito tří metod: dotazníku, nestandardizovaného rozhovoru a studia dokumentů. Na základě vyhodnocení získaných výsledků jsou uvedena sociotechnická doporučení vycházející z analýzy organizace. Diploma thesis speaks about functional analysis of organization. At first is explained related theory from which comes the analysis itself. Facts related to organizational theory and basics are explained too. Main theory of this thesis is AGIL theory dividing organization into four subsystems. On this distribution is based whole practical research. To get data for analysis itself there were used three methods: questionnaire, non standardized interview and documents studies. Based on analysis results are mentioned socio-technical recommendations.
