Tato práce je zaměřena na problematiku skupinové konformity a vedení sociální skupiny. Teoretická část práce se zabývá charakteristikou sociální skupiny, skupinovou konformitou, vedením sociální skupiny a související skupinovou strukturou. Praktická část je věnována analýze vybrané sociální skupiny ve vztahu k její konformitě a jejímu vedení. Zde je charakterizována vybraná sociální skupina a popsány užité metody zkoumání. Výstupem je analýza vybrané skupiny z hlediska stanovených dílčích cílů. This thesis is focused on the issue of group conformity and leadership of social groups. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the characteristics of social groups, group conformity, leadership of social groups and related group structure. The practical part is devoted to the analysis of selected social group in relation to its conformity and its leadership. Here is characterized the selected social group and described the methods of examination. The output is the analysis of a selected group of laid down intermediate objectives.
