Tato práce se bude zabývat přechodem centrálně plánované ekonomiky na tržní hospodářství v Československu / České republice v letech 1989--1996. V první části se zaměřím na výchozí situaci československé ekonomiky na konci osmdesátých let. V další kapitole podrobím analýze samotný proces transformace, přičemž se míním zabývat především otázkou malé, velké a kupónové privatizace. Důraz je v práci kladen zejména na základní transformační body a s nimi spojené přístupy a strategie transformace. Zpracování sledované problematiky bude výsledkem analýzy nejnovější odborné literatury, vydaných pramenů, jakož i studia nepublikovaných dokumentů v archivu České národní banky. This work will deal with transition of centrally planned economy to market economy in Czechoslovakia / Czech Republic in years 1989-1996. In the first part I'll focus on the initial situation of Czechoslovak economy in the late eighties. In the next chapter, I'll analyse the process of transformation, and especially deal with the issue of small, large and voucher privatization. In the work is placed emphasis primarily on basic articles of transformation and related approaches and strategies of transformation. Processing of studied issues will resulted from analysis of the latest literature, published sources and unpublished studies of documents in the archive of the Czech National Bank.
