Systém měří úhel natočení zrcadla s přesností v řádu desetiny mikroradianu. Využívá se změna polohy odraženého laserového svazku, která se snímá pomocí CCD chipu. The system measures the angle of rotation of the mirror with a precision of a few tenths of micro radians. The measurement uses the change in position of the reflected laser beam, which is sensed by CCD chip.
