V květnu se Centrum pro výzkum veřejného mínění věnovalo v pravidelném výzkumném šetření životnímu prostředí. V rámci tohoto tématu se populace České republiky ptalo na postoje k problematičnosti vybraných globálních environmentálních fenoménů. Jako nejpalčivější problém bylo uvedeno hromadění odpadů (92% - „velmi“ a „dosti“ závažný problém), znečišťování pitné vody (91%) a nedostatek pitné vody (86%). In May within the regular research the Centre for Public Opinion Research focused on the environment. Representatives of the Czech population asked questions on particular environmental phenomena in the sense of their problematic character. As the most serious problems were stated the garbage cumulation (for 92% “very” + “quite” serious problem), the drinking water pollution (91%) and the drinking water deprivation (86%).
