Příspěvek se zabývá hlavními problémy a překážkami, které byli nuceni v rámci České republiky řešit investoři, kteří v našich podmínkách v minulosti realizovali projekty výstavby solárních elektráren na brownfields. Výzkumné aktivity byly realizovány v roce 2012 prostřednictvím polostrukturovaných rozhovorů se zástupci společností, které v minulosti úspěšně realizovaly tento typ projektů na území České republiky. Šetření ukázalo, že aktivita investorů v této oblasti nebyla prakticky žádným způsobem ze strany státu podporována a byly jí kladeny často administrativní překážky ze strany úřadů, které nerozlišovaly mezi výstavbou solárních elektráren na brownfields a greenfields. Reprezentanti firem tak byli motivováni individuální vhodností jednotlivých pozemků pro daný typ výstavby a v některých případech i snahou firmy o budování image šetrného k ochraně životního prostředí. V závěru příspěvku jsou formulována doporučení, jak zlepšit situaci ve zkoumané oblasti. ities were conducted in 2012 by means of semi - structured interviews with representatives of companies, which successfully implemented this kind of energetic project on the territory of the Czech Republic. The survey identified that the investors did not re ceived any special state help, subsidies or incentives and that they had to manage the different administrative obstacles created by representatives of the public administration institution, which did not differentiate between solar power plant on brownfields and greenfields. The investors were especially motivated by individual characters of selected brownfields for this kind of projects and in some cases by policies of their companies on creation of the environmentally-friendly image. The contribution concludes with some recommendation how to improve the situation of the studied issue.
