V rámci studie bude provedena analýza kurzů univerzity třetího věku za posledních pět let pořádaných Centrem celoživotního vzdělávání Fakulty managementu s důrazem na účast mužů a žen. Vzhledem k tomu, že v současnosti v kurzech Univerzity třetího věku většinou výrazně převládají ženy, je cílem analýzy a následného průzkumu mezi seniory zjistit příčiny tohoto stavu a pokusit se navrhnout, jak tyto rozdíly mezi pohlavími omezit The study analyzes the courses of the University of the Third Age in the last five years, organized by the Centre for Lifelong Learning, Faculty of Management with emphasis on the participation of men and women. Given that at present the courses of the University of the Third Age usually significantly dominated by women, the aim of the analysis and subsequent survey of seniors determine the causes of this situation and try to suggest how these differences between the sexes limit.
