Práce pojednává o teorii yield managementu jako o efektivní metodě dosahování cílů podniku cestovního ruchu a následně představuje jeho aplikaci na příkladu konkrétního hotelu. Po zhodnocení současných technik yield managementu využívaných v tomto ubytovacím zažízení jsou navržena řešení, jak lze zvýšit příjmy pomocí technik yield managementu - především cenové diferenciace, překnihování a segmentace poptávky. This thesis deals with the theory of yield management as an effective method of achieving business goals, presenting its application on a particular accommodation facility. As a result of analyzing the existing yield management techniques used in the facility, further solutions are proposed to increase its revenue by means of using yield management techniques of differential pricing, overbooking and demand segmentation.
