Hlavním cílem této práce bylo provést komplexní ohodnocení finanční situace společnosti VAFO PRAHA, s. r. o. v letech 2007 -- 2011 a to na základě veřejně dostupných informací, pomocí aplikace vybraných ukazatelů, metod a interpretace dosažených výsledků. Teoretická část obsahuje přehled finančních ukazatelů a metod použitých v této práci. Mezi ně patří horizontální a vertikální analýza, poměrové ukazatele, Du Pontův rozklad ROE, bankrotní a bonitní modely, porovnání společnosti s odvětvím pomocí Spider analýzy, ukazatel EVA a další. The main aim of the following thesis was a comprehensive assessment of the financial situation of the company VAFO PRAGUE, s. r. o. during the period 2007 -- 2011 based on publicly available information, using indicators, methods and interpretation of results. The theoretical part includes an overview of financial indicators and methods used in this thesis. These indicators and metods belong horizontal and vertical analysis, ratio analysis, Du Pont ROE, bankruptcy and credibility models, comparison of the Spider sectors through analysis of EVA and other.
