[cze][eng] Bakalářská práce analyzuje postavení Venezuely na světovém trhu s ropou. Cílem práce je podat přehled o historickém vývoji těžby ropy ve Venezuele, prozkoumat vliv těžby ropy na venezuelskou ekonomiku a na základě komparace relevantních údajů zhodnotit postavení Venezuely na světovém trhu s ropou. Práce je rozdělena do tří kapitol, z nichž každá obsahuje čtyři podkapitoly. První kapitola se zabývá podstatnými událostmi, které se odehrály ve venezuelském ropném sektoru v průběhu 20. století. Druhá kapitola hodnotí roli ropného sektoru v současné ekonomice Venezuely. V třetí kapitole je analyzována vnější pozice venezuelského ropného sektoru a státní ropné společnosti PDVSA, a to především z hlediska exportu a rafinace ropy.Bachelor thesis analyses the position of Venezuela on the world oil market. The aim of the thesis is to present an overview of the historical development of oil production in Venezuela, to examine the impact of oil production on the Venezuelan economy and to analyse the position of Venezuela on the world oil market on the basis of comparison the relevant data. The thesis is divided into three main chapters and four subchapters. The first chapter deals with crucial events in the Venezuelan oil sector which took place during 20th century. The second chapter analyses the impact of oil production on today's Venezuelan economy. In the third chapter is analysed the external position of the Venezuelan oil sector and the national oil company PDVSA on the basis of oil exports and refining.
