Cílem bakalářské práce je zhodnotit finanční zdraví Zemědělského družstva Předhradí a odhalit jeho postavení mezi vybranými družstvy Pardubického kraje. Rozbor je proveden z pohledu vlastníků za roky 2007-2011. V teoreticko-metodologické části se pojednává o pojmech a nástrojích finanční analýzy, které jsou poté aplikovány na reálných datech v části praktické. Jedná se tedy o horizontální a vertikální analýzu, soustavu paralelních ukazatelů, která je doplněna pyramidálním rozkladem rentability vlastního kapitálu. Dále je zpracován čistý pracovní kapitál, vybrané bonitní a bankrotní modely, soustava ukazatelů vztažených k jednotce plochy a na konci je provedeno mezipodnikové srovnání. Závěr práce hodnotí celkovou finanční situaci družstva na základě výstupů finanční analýzy a navrhuje doporučení pro budoucí vývoj. The aim of my bachelor thesis is to assess financial health of the company Zemědělské družstvo Předhradí and reveal its position within the chosen agricultural cooperatives of the Pardubice region. The economic analysis is conducted from the perspective of owners during the period of 2007-2011. The theoretical-methodological part deals with the terms and financial analysis tools which are then applied to real data in the practical part. Then the horizontal and vertical analysis and parallel system of financial ratios are used which is supplemented by a pyramidal decomposition of return on equity. In addition, the net working capital, some chosen credibility and bankruptcy models, system of ratios related to the unit of area and finally intercompany comparison are done. In conclusion, the overall financial situation of the cooperative is assessed and some recommendations for the future development are suggested.
