Tato diplomová práce si klade za cíl posloužit jako vhodný materiál pro budoucí podnikatele, kteří se chtějí rychle a spolehlivě zorientovat v problematice zakládání podniku v legislativních podmínkách České republiky ještě předtím, než učiní rozhodnutí si svůj první podnik založit. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí - v první, teoreticko-metodologické, budou osvětleny veškeré teoretické aspekty týkající se založení firmy u nás. Druhá část, analytická, naopak tyto aspekty převede do praxe. Na příkladu fiktivní společnosti bude čtenář krok po kroku seznámen s celým jejím živnotním cyklem. This thesis aims to serve as a suitable material for future entrepreneurs who want to orientate quickly and reliably in the issue of starting a business in the legislative environment of the Czech Republic before making own decision to establish a company. The work is divided into two parts - first, theoretical and methodological, will explain all theoretical aspects regarding establishment of businesses in our country. The second part, analytical, will transfer these aspects into practice. On example of a fictional company the reader will be step by step acquainted with it's whole life cycle.
