Abstract: The deposition of the thin special UV filter on the prepared TiO2/ITO electrode causes the active TiO2 layer area covering. This partially covered electrode will produce various values of the photogenerated current depending on the covered area. This effect can be used in the field of sensors, e.g. photoresponding protection elements.
