Abstract: The influence of labile cadmium complexes on transport across phospholipid membrane with A23817 ionophore – the increase of the amount of transported cadmium ions - has been found when only diffusion controlled transport was applied. Lability of Cd-MA complex was demonstrated with stripping chronopotentiometry. Used experimental setup can be utilized for specifying conditions for transport of metal complexes with different stability.
