Bakalárska práca poskytuje prehľad o rôzných formách práce na diaľku. Obsahuje teoretickú časť, kde sú všetky typy opísané, potom obsahuje časť popisujúcu dopady distance workingu na zamestnanca a zamestnávateľa (dopady na psychiku, efektivitu práce, pracovnú morálku, atď.). Záver práce je zameraný na aplikáciu distance workingu na konkrétnu firmu. V tejto časti sa nachádza zhodnotenie rôznych možnosti a vyber riešenia tak aby vyhovovalo danej spoločnosti. Bakalářská práce poskytuje přehled o různých formách práce na dálku. Obsahuje teoretickou část, kde jsou všechny typy popsány, pak obsahuje část popisující dopady distance working na zaměstnance a zaměstnavatele (dopady na psychiku, efektivitu práce, pracovní morálku, atd..). Závěr práce je zaměřen na aplikaci distance working na konkrétní firmu. V této části se nachází zhodnocení různých možnosti a vyber řešení tak aby vyhovovalo dané společnosti. Bachelor thesis provides an overview of the various forms of distance working. It includes a theoretical part, where are described all types of distance working, then the section describing the effects of distance working on the employee and employer (the impact on the psychic, work efficiency, work ethic, etc.). The final part focuses on the application of distance working on a specific company. This section includes the assessment of various options and choices to suit the company.
