Tato práce se zaobírá studiem dopadu krize na trh nemovitostí v regionu Prahy a analýzou změn v chování partnerů. První teoretická část popisuje vznik a průběh světové finanční krize, její ekonomické, politické a sociální vlivy ve světě a v České republice, marketingovou segmentaci, dělení klientů do skupin a popis trhu nemovitostí v regionu Prahy. V druhé praktické části nalezneme analýzu vlivů a dopadů krize na trh nemovitostí, změny v chování partnerů na trhu nemovitostí v regionu Prahy, návrh na vylepšení do budoucna. The thesis deals with the impacts of the financial crisis in the region of Prague and with the analysis of the acting of partners. The first theoretical part depicts the emergence and the course of the world financial crisis, its economic, political and social impacts in the worlds and in the Czech Republic, marketing segmentation, division of clients into groups and description of real estate market in the region of Prague. The second, practical part analyses the impacts of the outcomes of the crisis on the real estate maket, change in the acting of partners on the real estate market in the region of Prague and proposal for improvement in the future.
