Bakalářská práce "Biopotraviny v maloobchodních řetězcích na českém trhu" se zabývá postavením biopotravin v českém retailingu. Cílem této práce je zjistit zájem českých spotřebitelů o sortiment biopotravin nabízený v maloobchodních řetězcích působících na trhu České republiky. Dále je tato práce zaměřena na zmapování prostředí privátních značek těchto řetězců a zájem biospotřebitelů o ně. První kapitola přibližuje teoretické vyjádření značky a její význam pro praktické využití v marketingu. Tato kapitola se také zabývá teorií privátních značek a jejich významem pro maloobchodní řetězce. Druhá kapitola se zabývá ekologickým zemědělstvím a jeho produkty, biopotravinami. Hlavím úkolem této části práce je popis zásad bioprodukce a specifických vlastností biopotravin. Poslední kapitola pak analyzuje současnou situaci distribuce biopotravin v maloobchodních řetězcích a obsahuje vyhodnocení dotazníkového průzkumu provedeného mezi biospotřebiteli. Na závěr jsou zařazena doporučení vycházející v výsledků výzkumu. The thesis 'The organic food in retail chains on the Czech market' is concerned with the position of organic food in Czech retailing. The aim of the thesis is to discover the interest of Czech consumers in the assortment of organic food offered in retail chains in Czech Republic. In addition, the thesis focuses on the characterisation of the environment of private labels of these chains and on the interest of consumers of organic food in these private labels. The first chapter describes the theory of brand and the importance to its practical application in marketing. This chapter also concerns with the theory of private labels and their significance for retail chains. The second chapter concerns with the organic farming and its product, organic food. The aim of this part of the thesis is to describe the rules and principles of the production of organic food and the specific qualities of organic food. The last chapter analyses the present situation of the distribution of organic food in retail chains and incorporates the assessment of the questionnaire survey which was conducted among the consumers of organic food. The conclusion includes the results of the research and final recommendations.
