Pokroku v informačních a komunikačních technologiích se nevyhnula ani oblast veřejné správy. Elektronizace jednotlivých oblastí veřejné správy umožňuje ušetřit čas a finance nejenom nám občanům, ale také úřadům a jejich zaměstnancům. Cílem práce z oblasti e-governmentu je zjistit postavení České republiky v porovnání s vybranými zeměmi na úrovni státní správy za pomoci vybraných statistik. Přínosem práce na úrovni samosprávy jsou návrhy na zlepšení chodu městského úřadu ORP Černošice v oblasti elektronizace za pomoci projektů, které byly v rámci e-governmentu v České republice oceněny. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a část praktickou. Teoretická část především popisuje projekty v oblasti státní správy včetně legislativní a programové podpory rozvoje e-governmentu. Přínos praktické části diplomové práce spočívá jednak v možnosti porovnat, jak si vede Česká republika v rámci Evropy, zároveň poskytuje čtenáři, případně samotnému městskému úřadu, návod na zlepšení stavu e-governmentu především v oblasti územní samosprávy černošického úřadu. The progress in information and communication technologies has also touched the sphere of public administration. The electronization of individual areas of public administration allows time and money savings not only for the citizens, but also for the offices and their employees. The main purpose of e-government is to determine the situation of the Czech Republic compared to selected countries regarding to the standards of state administration (confirmed by statistical datas). The benefits of this thesis on the level of the local self-government are suggestions for improvements of running of municipality with extended sphere of influence Černošice in the area of electronization with support of awarded e-government projects. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part describes projects in the sphere of state government including legislative and programme support of e-government development. Benefit of the practical part of this diploma thesis is the possibility to compare the Czech Republic with other European countries and to provide suggestions for improvements of the situation of e-government, especially in the sphere of influence of the local self-government in Černošice.
