Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku regionální a strukturální politiky. V teoretické části jsou uvedeny příčiny vzniku regionální politiky, její podstata, principy, nástroje a cíle a rovněž i historický vývoj. Tato práce se podrobněji zabývá přeshraniční spoluprací, jež je na území České republiky podporována programem INTERREG IIIA. Dále je pozornost věnována srovnání programových odlišností mezi programovacím obdobím 2004 -- 2006 a 2007 -- 2013, a to konkrétně na česko -- polské hranici. Praktická část analyzuje výsledky programového období 2004 -- 2006 z hlediska všech pěti hranic (Sasko, Bavorsko, Rakousko, Slovensko, Polsko). Cílem této práce je zhodnotit význam regionální politiky ČR v souvislosti na využití programu INTERREG IIIA. The bachelor thesis focuses on problems of regional and structural policy. In theoretical part there are described the reasons of the creation of regional policy, substance, principles, tools and historical development. This thesis deals with international cooperation which is supported by the program called INTERREG IIIA, in Czech republic. Another part deals with comparison of programmmatic differencies on czech-polish borders during the 2004-2006 and the 2007-2013 period. Practical part analyzes results from all five borders (Saxony, Bavaria, Austria, Slovakia, Poland) during the 2004-2006 period. The target of this thesis is tio analyze the significance of regional policy in Czech republic by using INTERREG IIIA program.
