[slo][cze][eng] Putovanie ako také prežíva v posledných pár rokoch opätovný rozmach a štatistiky počtu pútnikov vykazujú každým rokom stúpajúci záujem o tento druh náboženskej turistiky. Účelom tejto práce je preskúmať význam duševnej hygieny z trochu iného uhla pohľadu, ako ju poznáme a dokázať, že putovanie má význam aj pre súčasného moderného človeka, môže mu poskytnúť čas na zamyslenie sa nad sebou samým a pútnické cesty už nie sú dominantou veriacich pútnikov a majú význam aj pre neveriaceho človeka.Putování prožíva v posledních pár letech opětovný rozmach a statistiky počtu poutniků dokazují tenhle každým rokem stoupající zájem o tento druh náboženské turistiky. Účelem práce je prozkoumat význam duševní hygieny z trochu jiného uhla pohledu. Práce dokazuje, že poutnictví má význam i pro moderního člověka, může mu poskytnout čas na zamyšlení se nad sebou a poutnické cesty již nejsou dominantou věřících poutniků a majú význam i pro neveříciho člověka.Nowaday pilgrimage is more pupolar each year that is proved by statistical records. They show the raising interest for religious travel. This work examines the relationship between pilgrimage and psychology. It claimes that pilgrimage has a meaning also for modern people, it can provide them with time that can be used for thinking about varios aspects of life and himself. Furthermore the pilgrimage is no more the dominancy of religious people.
