Konflikty z obecného hlediska, stejně jako druhy konfliktů, vymezuje kapitola první. Následně se druhá kapitola zabývá příčinami a důsledky konfliktů. Aktuální vývoj konkrétních konfliktů ve světě popisuje kapitola třetí. V závěrečné, tj. čtvrté kapitole, je blíže charakterizována role vybraných mezinárodních organizací při řešení konfliktů. Conflicts in general, as well as the types of conflicts, are defined in the first chapter. Then, the second chapter deals with the causes and consequences of conflicts. Current situation of some particular conflicts in the world is described in the third chapter. In the final, i. e. the fourth, chapter is more characterised the role of selected international organisations in conflict resolution.
