Bakalářská práce se zabývá výběrem vhodného softwarového řešení pro podporu činnosti a spolupráce skupiny OSVČ, kdy cílem je vyhledat a doporučit vhodné řešení, které bude pro skupinu přínosné v rámci usnadnění komunikace a správy dat při splnění předem definovaných požadavků. V práci je nejprve uveden teoretický rámec řešené problematiky, kde jsou vysvětleny stěžejní pojmy a popsány základní principy řešené problematiky. První část vznikla na základě studia odborné literatury a internetových zdrojů. V úvodu práce je uveden popis vztahů a činnosti skupiny. Dále je analyzován současný stav komunikace, správy dat a následně jsou definovány nedostatky současného nastavení. Na základě analýzy jsou definovány konkrétní požadavky na funkčnost a technické parametry nového softwaru. Druhou část práce tvoří porovnání vybraných nástrojů dle definovaných požadavků a popis jejich funkčnosti. Jako první jsou porovnáváni zástupci skupiny nástrojů označované jako sdílená webová úložiště, dále pak skupina aplikací jménem Google Apps od společnosti Google a jako poslední je do porovnání zařazeno cloudové řešení IceWarp Mail Server, které má skupina zdarma k dispozici. Na závěr práce je provedeno zhodnocení porovnaných aplikací a doporučeno nejvhodnější. Přínosem bakalářské práce je porovnání aplikací modelu SaaS vhodných pro podporu spolupráce, představení jejich funkcionality a výběr konkrétního řešení vhodného pro danou skupinu OSVČ, potažmo pro jakoukoliv skupinu s podobnými potřebami a požadavky. This bachelor thesis explores the selection of appropriate software solutions for co-ordination of activities within the group of self-employed individuals. The aim is to find and recommend the ideal solution which will be beneficial in terms of communication and data sharing under the predetermined conditions. The first part of thesis deals with the theoretical framework and is focused on the explanation of terminology and the description of basic methodological principles. This part of works is based on secondary literary and internet sources. The description of relations and activities within the group is followed by the analysis of the current state of communication and data management. Subsequently, the deficiencies of the system are examined and on the basis of these findings, the specific functional requirements and technical parameters of the new system are established. The next part of the thesis includes the comparison of chosen software tools according to the specific requirements and the description of the functionality of these tools. The compared applications are web-based file hosting services, then the specific Google Apps group and finally a cloud computing software IceWarp Mail Server (free access within the group). At the conclusion of bachelor thesis is evaluation and comparison an assessment applications and recommended the most suitable of it. The benefit of this work is comparison SaaS model applications suitable for collaboration, presentation of their functionality and selection a particular solution suitable of the self-employed group, by extension any group with similar needs and requirements.
