This thesis deals with the social network Facebook. Then I mention the most common security risks and potential security settings. The last topic of the theoretical part is focused on Internet addiction. In the practical part I refer to the experiment in November 2009, which examines the percentage of people among friends on Facebook who add an unknown person and what information they share with them. There are also tables and graphs with identified outcomes. At the end of the work I compare the data obtained with the original test.
