Hlavním cílem práce je popsat a analyzovat fungování obchodního zahraničního zastoupení Českých aerolinií, a.s. se zaměřením na obchodní pozice. Dále práce zhodnotí distribuční kanály, pomocí nichž ČSA nabízí svůj produkt, a jaký mají podíl na struktuře prodejů letenek. Posledním cílem práce je dokázat, zda nový systém řízení, vedení a motivace pracovníků a také zavedení ukazatele výkonu KPI's na obchodním zahraničním zastoupení ČSA vede k naplňování stanovených úkolů a cílů. The main aim of the bachelor thesis is to describe and analyse the operation of the Czech Airlines Foreign Sales Representation with the focus on the sales positions. Then the thesis evaluates the distribution channels of the Czech Airlines, through which the company offers its services and analyse what is the share of them on the structure of airticket sales. The last goal is to prove, if the new system of management, coaching and motivation of the Sales Representatives and also the implementation of the Key Performance Indicators lead to fulfillment of determined tasks and aims.
