[cze][eng] Bakalářská práce je zaměřená na věrnostní programy určené dětem. Cílem práce je vytvořit doporučení pro určitou firmu, jak by její věrnostní program měl vypadat. Teoretická část obsahuje seznámení s věrnostními programy a popsání tržního segmentu dětí. V praktické části je popsáno, co značka Kubík nabízí dětem. Součástí práce je výzkumné šetření provedené na dětech ve věku od 8 do 11 let prostřednictvím dotazníků, které jsou rozděleny na dvě části - na obecnou a zaměřenou na nápoje Kubík. Z výstupů výzkumného šetření je analyzován vliv dětí jako spotřebitelů a popsáno doporučení pro značku Kubík, jak by měla vytvořit věrnostní program pro děti.The thesis is focused on loyalty programs for children. The aim is to develop a recommendation for a particular company, how its loyalty program should look like. The theoretical part includes familiarization with loyalty programs and describe the market segment - children. The practical part describes, what the brand "Kubik" offers for children. One component of my work is a research conducted in a group of children aged 8 to 11 years through questionnaires, which are divided into two parts - a general and a specific focusing on drinks Kubik. From the outputs of the research the impact of children as consumers is analyzed and recommendations for the brand Kubik how it should create a loyalty program for children is outlined.
