Současným trendem je nabídka francouzské kuchyně v mnoha restauračních zařízeních za hranicemi Francie. Cílem bakalářské práce je představit francouzskou gastronomii a zjistit, jaká je situace na trhu francouzské gastronomie v Praze. Nejprve je uskutečněna analýza nabídky a poptávky se zaměřením na zařízení veřejného stravování. Následně jsou výsledky analýz porovnány a jsou uvedena doporučení pro daný trh. The French culinary specialities are offered in the food and beverage facilities in many countries. The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to characterize the French gastronomy and to analyse the French cuisine supply and demand in Prague. Firstly the current supply is analysed. The demand analysis finds out whether there is an interest in French cuisine. Then this question is answered -- Does the supply meet the demand? The conclusion and recommendations are made.
