Práce se zabývá demografickými změnami v České republice a identifikuje sociální a ekonomické problémy, které tyto změny přinášejí. V teoretické části je popsán demografický vývoj v naší zemi od roku 1950 do roku 2010, uvedeny prognózy do budoucnosti -- do roku 2065, nastíněny možné sociální a ekonomické problémy spojené s demografickým vývojem a jejich možná řešení. Praktická část, obsahující dotazníkové šetření, zkoumá ochotu dnešní mladé bezdětné generace mít v budoucnosti děti, za jakých podmínek, a zdali by na toto rozhodnutí měla vliv výrazná změna v sociálních dávkách spojených s rodičovstvím. The bachelor thesis deals with the demographic changes in the Czech Republic and identifies social and economic problems, which these changes bring. The theoretical part of the thesis describes the demographic development of our country from 1950 to 2010; gives the forecast for the future - until 2065, outlines possible social and economic problems associated with demographic changes and possible solutions of these problems. The practical part, includes the survey, explores the willingness of present generation of young childless people to have children in the future, in which conditions, and whether significant change in the social benefits associated with parenthood would have had an effect on this decision.
