Cílem bakalářské práce je porovnání teoretických přístupů k tvorbě ceny zájezdu a k její diferenciaci se situací na českém trhu. První kapitola vycházející z odborné literatury vymezuje základní pojmy, zabývá se metodami stanovení ceny zájezdu a zmiňuje důležitost její diferenciace podle různých kritérií. Praktická část práce přibližuje marketingovou strategii a diskriminační cenovou politiku konkrétní české cestovní kanceláře i faktory ovlivňující konečnou cenu jejích zájezdů. V poslední kapitole je zhodnocena prováděná cenová diferenciace a doporučeno zavedení věrnostního programu. The aim of the Bachelor's thesis is a comparison of theoretical approaches to pricing of holiday packages and its differentiation with the situation on the Czech market. The first chapter is based on specialist literature and defines basic terms, deals with the methodology of pricing of holiday packages and draws attention to the importance of its differentiation according to various criteria. The practical part of the thesis takes a closer look at the marketing strategy and discriminatory pricing policy of a particular Czech travel agency as well as at the factors influencing the final price of its packages. The last chapter provides an evaluation of the implemented price differentiation and recommends introduction of a loyalty programme.
