Tato práce se zabývá komparací služeb, které nabízejí letecké společnosti na třech světových kontinentech -- v Evropě, Americe a Asii. První kapitola vymezuje základní pojmy důležité pro další zpracování práce. Je zde stručně popsána historie letecké dopravy, její výhody a nevýhody, letecké společnosti a jejich členění. Hlavní částí této kapitoly je vymezení služeb nabízených v letecké dopravě, palubních i pozemních. Druhá kapitola stručně shrnuje současné trendy v letecké dopravě. Ve třetí kapitole jsou stanovena komparační kriteria a kriteria pro výběr leteckých společností, jejichž služby budou následně porovnávány. Ve čtvrté kapitole jsou nejprve uvedeny služby vybraných společností a následně je provedena jejich komparace. This thesis deals with the comparison of services provided by the European, American and Asian airlines. The first chapter describes fundamental terms important for the next elaboration of the thesis. It briefly describes the history of aviation, its pros and cons, airlines and their classification. The main part of this chapter is specification of services provided by the air transport, ground and on-board. Current trends in the air transport are briefly defined in the second chapter. The third chapter determines comparative criteria and criteria for selection of airlines whose services are compared. Services of selected airlines are listed in the fourth chapter and their comparison is performed.
