V rámci prosincového šetření Centrum pro výzkum veřejného mínění SOÚ AV ČR, v.v.i., položilo všem respondentům otázku: „Jak jste celkově spokojen se svým životem? Jste velmi spokojen, spíše spokojen, ani spokojen, ani nespokojen, spíše nespokojen, velmi nespokojen?“ In the December survey Public Opinion Research Centre of the Institute of Sociology of the Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic posed to all respondents a question: "How satisfied are you with your life? Are you very satisfied, rather satisfied, neither satisfied nor dissatisfied, rather dissatisfied, very dissatisfied?" 56% of Czechs are "very" (11%) or "rather" (45%) satisfied with their life, 26% are "neither satisfied nor dissatisfied", and nearly a fifth (18%) is "rather" (13%) or "very" (5%) dissatisfied.
