System of the development of employees in the chosen organization

Main target of the diploma thesis is to provide proposals how to improve the current system of the development of employees in the chosen organization. For this purpose, the unnamed organization based in South Bohemian region has been chosen. The diploma thesis consists of two parts - theoretical part includes information dedicated to the topic of the system of the development of human resources which were found both in Czech and international sources. Practical part includes the analysis of the system of the development of operators in the chosen organization - necessary data were provided by the employees of the human resources and production departments. Another data has been collected from the survey that was focused on operators. Analysis has provided the base for proposals for improvements of the current system of the development of operators.
The meaning and use of public relations for the selected organization

The main objective of this bachelor thesis was to identify how the uses public relations in the chosen organization STAN - Special Team for Adventure in Nature and based on the information propose recommendations and any changes. The thesis is focused on the organization and the public. Focused on the application of communication methods that help the organization to create and maintain positive relations with the public. With the help of PENCILS is discovered how the given organization STAN uses publications, annual reports, sponsorship, materials for journalists, corporate responsibility and many more public relations tools. The primary data were collected by way of controlled structured interview with the director of organization STAN. The conclusion of the thesis contains suggestions for future development.

Dissent after 1989. The use of Pierre Bourdieu's theory of habitus change on the example of selected post-dissent organizations

The thesis of Dissent after 1989. The use of Pierre Bourdieu's theory of habitus change on the example of selected post-dissent organizations deals with the topic of dissent after 1989 and his subsequent life and influence in the Czech society after 1989. The theme of the post-dissent is conceived through a qualitative the research of organizations whose activity is based on the legacy of dissent or refers to its activities. With the help of the research design of instrumental case studies, the following organizations are organized: Charter 77 Foundation, Václav Havel Library, Babylon, Libri prohibiti. The monitored themes are the development of the organization's relationship towards disentanglement, the dissent reflection in the current activities of the organization, and how the organization communicates these themes towards the public. The theoretical part of the thesis outlines the issues of dissent and post-dissent, which are further embedded in the post-communist transition and presentation of the methodology of qualitative studies. In the second part of the case studies of the above mentioned organizations. I outline their focus and development towards dissent. The Problematics of Integrating Foreign Students

This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of integrating foreign students (students speaking any language other than Czech) into Czech educational system with regard to the most current regulations and legislative documents issued not only by the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports but also by non-profit institutions involved in the process. In the theoretical part the most important key terms are described, such as integration or foreign students. Another topics embedded in this part include integrational processes and respective working procedures, as well as the introduction of the aforementioned non-profit institutions which contribute to the integration of foreign students in the Czech Republic. In the empirical part a goal is set to inspect how selected schools (meaning students and educators) deal with the issue of integrating foreign students in practice. Hospitalism prevention in preschool children

Disease is a very burdensome and unfavorable situation for every person in his life, which, in some cases is connected with necessary hospitalization. Althought there is an attept at hospitalizing individuals only for necessary time, there are still situations where this period of hospital stay is very long for some patients. Particularly child patients who does not fully understand why he can not be at home in his environment with his closest ones. The aim of all healthcare professionals is to provide hospitalized children with an environment that would eliminate negative psychological and physical manifestations in connection with their involuntary stay in the hospital. Nowadays, however, many other professions are involved in the care of hospitalized children than they did before. The aim of the research was to identify pre-emptive measures of preventing hospitalism manifestation of pre-school children used by selected childrens departments. We also found out how these measures are for doctors, nurses, hospitalized children and their parents. Theoretical part of diploma thesis is prepared on the base of professional sources. A qualitative method was chosen for the empirical part, using semi-structured interwievs with doctors, nurses, pre-school aged hospitalized children and their mothers. The interwievs were conducted in February and March 2017 at two childrens departments of hospitals in the South Bohemian and Moravian-Silesian regions. The obtained data were then analyzed by the open encoding method. The analysis procedure was divided into three individual phases. In the first phase interwievs with medical staff were prepared. In the second phase, data from mothers were analyzed. The third phase consist of a detailed analysis of interviews with children. From the results of the research survey, it is obvious, that elimination of the negative cosequences of the pre-school children hospitalization is done mainly by fulfillment of the Charter of Children's Rights in the Hospital. The main focus is on the lenght of hospitalization, the elimination of unnecessary healing and nursing procedures and, last but not least, the creation of conditions for joint hospitalization with the parents, who then become more active participants in the entire healing process. Parents are provided with enough information, they can do basic nursing care, and, most importantly, as they are all the time with the children, they may be sure that children gets the best care. At the same time, healthcare professionals, especially nurses, gets time that they need not only for their professional activities, but also for children who are hospitalized without their parents. Nurses and doctors can wear colorful uniforms, which certainly have a major effect on appropriate child adaptation and can relieve their anxiety. Kiwanis dolls are being used for examination. They may also serve as a mean of healing and nursing procedures demonstration. Kiwanis dolls, accompanying pre-school child during his hospitalization, also serve for demonstration of feelings or as a mean of creative activity or a game. The analysis of the research results shows that teachers, volunteers, and various organizations have also been involved in the care of hospitalized children in the children departments, which brings many ideas, possibilities and projects. This effective and well coordinated cooperation can be of great importance in the care of hospitalized children, moreover it can also make a major contribution to the quality of nursing care in pediatrics. By taking part in department, they create space for the healthcare professionals, who will gain time for their professional work. They also participate in the humanization of department. At the same time, they create programs for children and parrents that will make their time spent in the hospital more pleasant and allow them to forget of their stay in the hospital.
Motivation and stimulation in selected organization

This thesis aims to explore the degree of motivation and stimulation in the selected company. Through appropriate methodology analyzes whether the employee incentive program is perceived, how they operate and whether there are any gaps. For this is the conclusion of this work suggested several options for how the situation could be improved in the company.
