The aim of this bachelor thesis is to create literary research focused on the production of special beer types, including special types of malt, which is the basic ingredient for making special beer. Part of the thesis describes the main ingredients that are necessary for the production like water, hops, barley and brewer's yeast. Part of the thesis covers possibilities of use of malt substitutes or hop products. Next part of the thesis is aimed at attributes of special malt production including other ingredients that are used for the same purpose. Part of the literary research is dedicated to particular steps that are part of the process of beer making. The closing part presents description of the special beer types brewed in Moravian breweries.

Ohrožení ekonomických zájmů EU v Jižní a Střední Americe.

The dissertation analyses the threats to economic interests of EU in Latin America - mostly focused on MERCOSUR's countries. Both regions share history, cultural and social bonds which were interrupted by the Cold War. During this period was Latin America a natural zone of interest of the United States (similarity with East Europe and USS R). The fundamental event is the end of bipolarity. The dissertation is mostly focused on one decade between 2003-2013. The three main chapters define the concept of economic security, the relationship between the EU-Latin America on the background of the historical insight and third main chapter analyses China's engagement in Latin America. In the post-Cold War period came a significant paradigmatic shift in the perception of economic security/vulnerability. Considering the asymmetry of relations between the two regions, we analyze a historical background, including the so-called "shared values" that partially (but not entirely) can be challenged. Relations between the two regions are viewed as highly pragmatic with a strong emphasis on trade ties. Differences in the resolution of sea territories conflicts in areas with energy resources

Energy security is an important phenomenon of the contemporary world. A significant number of oil and gas reserves are located on the seabed. Expansion of oil and gas drilling to deeper and from shore more remote locations can again raise the question of ownership of these deposits. On one hand, there are regions of the world where these disputes over borders of maritime territories escalate into a series of clashes and incidents. On the other hand, there are other areas where states can settle their disputes and cooperate on drilling. The goal of this study is to determine which factors lead to the fact that particularly in the South China Sea disagreement about the boundaries of maritime territories results in the escalation of disputes in comparison with the regions of the North Sea and the Caribbean Sea, where disputes are solved or minimized. These factors are represented by six variables, which are based on three theories: a realist, idealist and constructivist theory of international relations. The feed industry has a long history in the Czech Republic. The volume of feed production is influenced by consumer demand for final products and the price development of compound feed and commodity affects the harvest of agricultural commodities from the previous marketing year. The purchase of raw materials needed for the production of compound feeds is subject to the technical standards and for the production of feed itself, the conditions are laid down in Act on Feed No. 95/1996 Coll. and in Decree No. 295/2015 Coll. An important factor in production is a functioning production process, which is regularly inspected internally and by the appropriate institute. Control of risks and threats to food and feed safety placed on the market are monitored by HACCP and RASFF preventive systems.

Forsteite and the Possibilities of its Synthesis

The aim of this Bachelor thesis is to characterize the most important properties of forsterite and its practical use. Theoretical part contains characteristics of individual raw materials, which are used for synthesis of forsterite and the assessment of raw material possibilities of Czech Republic for the production of forsterite. The main focus is placed on the detailed research of published results of the most used technologies for synthesis of forsterite. At the end of theoretical part is the design of the most suitable production technology for forsterite in the Czech Republic. The practical part verifies suggested design of the production technology for forsterite synthesis together with a comparison of basic parameters of laboratory prepared forsterite with published parameters. X-ray diffraction analysis will be used for the evaluation of purity of the synthesized forsterite.

The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to describe the process of making the malt, its division and beer brewing in the Czech republic. The description of most widely used raw materials and their potential usage follows. The part of this project is dedicated to main aspects of the high public interest in small breweries and its products. A research amongst small breweries located near Brno showed, that the main reason for this interest is the diversity of beer produced there. The brewers in smaller breweries can afford experimenting with their beer a lot more, which leads to the wider variety of products offered and proportionally to the higher chances of attracting more customers. The more diverse the offer is, the more customers can find the type of beer they like here. Because of this, the small breweries have their foot-hold in brewing industry, though unable to compete with bigger breweries in the quantity and beer price.

This software is for helping players of a Massive Multiplayer Online Role Playing Game: Entropia Universe. With this software we can achieve better results in finding resources during mining. Program as input needs points entered separately point by point or massively imported from a file. After properties setup program will visualize the resource area map. Every type has a different color. It allows saving color scheme settings into file and loading them when needed. Points are saved into database and can be exported into CSV or XML file.

This thesis describes structure and operation of particular car‘s drive mechanisms, examine and compares their level of harmfulness against living environment. From acquisition, manipulation and distribution of raw material needed for manufacturing vehicles, amount of used propellant, production of emissions during life cycle, resources needed for maintenance, demands of waste disposal and possibilities of recycling.

This bachelor thesis "Nutritional trends in the baker's branch" includes basic principles of healthy diet, it contains the issues of nutrition and health claims in the bakery industry. This work gives information about current market of bakery products. Nowadays bakers have to deal with the competition of products from the chain stores, bakers are not always successful and go under. This bachelor thesis includes historical information about availability of cereals and bakery products; beginning of the cultivation of cereals falls into the Stone Age. This thesis refers to a tendency of coming back to the traditions. The main part of this work discusses vegetable raw materials, which are significant for human health and also focuses on a quality of the dough and bakery products properties after the addition of the vegetable raw material. The work contains examples of baker's mixtures and bakery products with a higher proportion of spelled, wholemeal and rye flour; in some of the examples are listed nutritional values and composition.
